The White House has run in to a catch-22. By creating the email address listed in the picture, they are asking for reports on dis-information by citizens regarding health care. However, a law enacted due to Richard Nixon's spying on Vietnam War protestors does not allow information on citizens to be maintained.The problem is that all correspondence to the White House via email must be kept for transparency purposes. So any "tips" that come through the email must be deleted, according to law, but cannot be deleted, according to law.
